Requests for information

Requests for customer or service information should be submitted through the authority contact point where possible.

Please include:

• the name and authority of the requesting organisation;
• the relevant legal basis;
• the applicable jurisdiction;
• the customer, domain, IP address or other identifier concerned;
• the specific information requested;
• the relevant time period; and
• any applicable deadline.

Please provide the request as an official document where applicable.

Preservation requests

Where legally permitted, ClearStack may preserve relevant information pending receipt of a valid legal request or order.

Preservation does not itself constitute disclosure of information.

Legal orders

ClearStack may be required to comply with legally binding orders, including orders concerning the disclosure of information, preservation of information or restriction of access to content or services.

We assess requests according to the applicable legal framework.

Where legally permitted, we may notify an affected customer. We will not provide notification where prohibited or where doing so would interfere with a lawful investigation or legal obligation.

Emergency matters

Where an authority considers a matter to involve an immediate threat to life, physical safety or other serious harm, please clearly identify the emergency nature of the request and provide a direct contact number for the responsible official.

Abuse reports

Members of the public, security researchers and network operators should use abuse@clearstack.nl rather than the authority contact point.
