Who we are

ClearStack was founded by engineers who got tired of seeing projects fail because of poor planning, unrealistic timelines, and teams that disappear after launch. We decided to do things differently.

We're based in Echt, Netherlands, but we work with clients across Europe and beyond. Our team combines deep technical expertise with practical business understanding—we know how to build software that actually solves problems, not just software that looks good in a presentation.

What sets us apart? We're honest about what's possible, we stick to our commitments, and we're still around months after launch to make sure everything keeps working. That shouldn't be rare, but it is.

What we believe

Honesty over hype

We'll tell you if something won't work or if a timeline is unrealistic. Better to have that conversation early than deal with problems later.

Quality over speed

We move fast, but not at the expense of quality. Rushing leads to technical debt, and technical debt leads to problems down the road.

Long-term thinking

We build systems that last. That means maintainable code, proper documentation, and architecture that can evolve over time.

Clear communication

No jargon, no corporate speak. We explain things in plain language and keep you updated throughout the project.
